Position: Team Lead for Housekeeping at Microtel Inn
Take charge of the housekeeping team at Microtel Inn & Suites in Kanata. As a Housekeeping Team Lead, ensure high standards of cleanliness for guest satisfaction during every stay.
You will support the housekeeping department leader by managing team assignments, conducting inspections, and maintaining efficient operations. Encouraging communication and team engagement will be critical in this role. Your work will ensure both safety and quality throughout the property.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead housekeeping operations on scheduled shifts

• Oversee cleaning assignments for staff

• Conduct inspections for quality assurance

• Ensure adherence to safety and cleanliness standards

• Manage inventory and assist in hiring processes
Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in housekeeping

• Hotel experience is an asset

• Strong attention to detail and organization

• Excellent communication and team-building skills

• High School Diploma or GED is required
