As a pivotal member reporting to the Front Desk/Reservations Manager, you will oversee the Front Desk operations and ensure seamless service delivery. This leadership role requires expertise in guest satisfaction, crisis management, and operational excellence. You’ll engage with diverse guests, manage VIP requests, and implement sustainability initiatives to enhance overall service quality.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure smooth Front Desk operations and team performance
• Personalize guest interactions addressing special requests
• Monitor and respond to daily guest satisfaction feedback
• Collaborate with teams across housekeeping and food & beverage
• Lead training and development initiatives for guest service staff
Requirements:
• Certification in Hospitality Management or Leadership
• Minimum 1 year of Front Office leadership experience
• Fluency in French and English mandatory
• Knowledge of Opera Cloud and Microsoft Office
• Proven ability to develop and mentor diverse teams
