Restaurant Manager, Food & Beverage
The Restaurant Division Manager provides strategic and operational leadership across multiple restaurant locations. This role ensures consistent delivery of exceptional guest experiences, strong financial performance, and adherence to company standards and Ontario regulatory requirements.

- Operational Leadership
- Oversee daily operations across multiple restaurant locations
- Ensure consistent implementation of company standards, policies, and procedures
- Conduct regular site visits to maintain quality, cleanliness, and food safety compliance (aligned with Ontario health regulations)
- Support location managers during high-volume periods and events
- Ensure operational readiness, including staffing, inventory, and service execution
- Drive revenue growth and optimize profitability across the division
- Analyze budgets, financial reports, and performance metrics
- Manage labour costs, food costs, and operational expenses
- Develop action plans to meet financial targets while maintaining service excellence
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop restaurant management teams
- Foster a culture of accountability, inclusion, and guest-focused service
- Conduct performance reviews and provide continuous feedback
- Support succession planning and career development
- Guest Experience & Hospitality
- Ensure all locations deliver exceptional customer service aligned with Aramark hospitality principles
- Monitor guest feedback and implement service improvements
- Address escalated concerns professionally and in a timely manner
- Promote a welcoming, inclusive, and service-oriented environment
- Marketing & Community Engagement
- Execute brand-aligned marketing initiatives across locations
- Partner with marketing teams to localize promotions within Ontario markets
- Monitor online reviews and social media engagement
- Support community involvement and local partnerships
- Compliance & Safety (Ontario-Specific)
- Ensure compliance with Ontario health, safety, and employment standards
- Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA)
- Food Safety Regulations
- Employment Standards Act (ESA)
- Promote workplace safety and maintain a hazard‑free environment
- Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements

Qualifications- Previous multi‑unit restaurant or hospitality management experience
- Strong leadership and people development skills
- Financial acumen and experience managing P&L
- Knowledge of Ontario labour and health regulations
- Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities Education
