As the Services Manager for V!
VA Waterside, you will be a vital leader responsible for overseeing daily operations and enhancing customer experiences. Your passion for service and team leadership will contribute significantly to a vibrant retirement community. You’ll report directly to the Community Director, enabling you to implement high standards in all areas of community living.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee administrative roles, including payroll and customer service
• Manage systems and communication for Concierge services
• Lead housekeeping and maintenance operations for residents
• Coordinate Health and Safety initiatives and training
• Uphold high cleanliness and safety standards in the community
Requirements:
• 5+ years in relevant hospitality or property management
• 3-5 years in a managerial position
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Competency with Microsoft Office tools
• Physical ability to lift and work flexible hours
