In this key role, you will report to the Catering Manager and collaborate closely with another Assistant Manager. Your responsibilities will include managing day-to-day catering functions, planning client menus, and supervising catering staff. This position also focuses on customer satisfaction and the efficient execution of events, crucial for building a positive student experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure all contractual obligations are met
• Support Catering Manager during client meetings
• Execute catering functions effectively
• Resolve customer concerns promptly
• Recruit and train catering staff
Requirements:
• Diploma in Hospitality or Food Management preferred
• Previous catering experience required
• Staff supervisory experience necessary
• Valid ‘G’ Driver’s License needed
• Must be flexible to work evenings and weekends
