What You’ll Do- Check in and check out guests, verifying and detailing arrivals and departures.
- Ensure internal operations run smoothly during each shift.
- Respond with care and attention to all guest requests via phone, email, or in person.
- Resolve guest issues proactively, maintaining a satisfaction‑oriented approach.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide relevant information that enhances the guests’ experience.
- Diploma in Hospitality (preferred).
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Positive, customer‑service orientation with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly.
- Strong listening skills to understand guest needs and preferences.
- Computer proficiency; experience with OPERA PMS is an asset.
- Advanced proficiency in French and English.
