This role reports to the Housekeeping Leadership Team and involves providing engaging and intuitive service to guests. Key responsibilities include assisting Room Attendants, responding to special requests, and ensuring all areas are cleaned efficiently. You will follow housekeeping standards while building positive relationships across departments for seamless guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide friendly and professional service to all guests
• Assist Room Attendants in preparing guest rooms
• Clean and sanitize various assigned areas
• Maintain inventory in housekeeping closets
• Report maintenance issues and participate in projects
Requirements:
• Housekeeping experience is an asset
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work cohesively in a team
• Must command the English language
• Physically able to perform demanding tasks
