As a Bilingual Doorperson reporting to the Valet Guest Service Manager, your focus will be on providing top-notch service and ensuring guest satisfaction. Your key responsibilities include greeting guests, assisting with valet parking, and maintaining organized parking areas. With excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor, you'll contribute to a welcoming atmosphere in their landmark hotel.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide parking assistance for arriving and departing guests
• Greet all guests with a warm hospitality welcome
• Ensure safe and organized entrance areas for vehicles
• Deliver information on hotel services, attractions, and local transport
• Operate vehicles of all types efficiently and safely
Requirements:
• Fluent in both official languages is a strong asset
• Valid Driver’s License with no infractions
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Available for varied shifts, including weekends
• Professional appearance and outgoing personality
