Overview

We are conducting an urgent search for an outstanding and talented Restaurant General Manager for one of our clients, which operates an upmarket, very busy all-day Restaurant facility within its first-class hotel property in the Niagara area.

• Candidates with a hospitality degree, college courses in Restaurant or Hospitality Management is preferred.
• Must have a solid background in a very busy restaurant operation.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a reputable branded or free‑standing restaurant.
• Ability to deliver quality services to the guests to experience an exceptional and memorable dining occasion.

This outstanding career prospect offers a generous compensation package that includes a base salary of $78,000 plus an annual bonus, along with a comprehensive employee advantages and pension contribution package.
