Elevate guest experiences at Andaz Ottawa as an Assistant Front Office Manager. Manage daily operations, lead the front office team, and ensure seamless guest satisfaction throughout their stay.
In this pivotal role, you will support the front office by overseeing Guest Relations, Valet, Night Audit, and Bell Staff activities. Your leadership will include coaching colleagues, monitoring performance metrics, and optimizing guest services to align with our high standards. This position requires exceptional interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to resolving guest issues.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in running daily front office operations
• Support budget goals and cost control efforts
• Monitor and improve guest satisfaction metrics
• Lead team meetings and provide effective coaching
• Ensure compliance with operational efficiency and safety standards
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years in a similar role at a four or five-star hotel
• Proven supervisory and motivational skills
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Familiarity with Opera and POS systems
• Ability to work flexible schedules including holidays
