Become a Shift Manager at Popeyes® to lead a team dedicated to Cajun Hospitality and exceptional guest experiences. Support daily operations while ensuring food quality every shift.
As a Shift Manager, you will assist the General Manager and Assistant Manager to drive motivation and ensure food is prepared to perfection. This role involves fostering teamwork and maintaining a positive atmosphere within the restaurant, all while upholding Popeyes’ Brand Standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure food quality and freshness for every guest
• Support daily operations with the RGM and AM
• Lead team members in delivering exceptional service

Requirements:
• Relevant experience in food service or hospitality
• Strong leadership and team-building skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Ability to encourage a collaborative workplace
