We’re looking for an autonomous, organized Housekeeping Supervisor who never hesitates to put his or her shoulder to the wheel to support and motivate peers.
What You’ll Do- Coordinate day‑to‑day housekeeping activities: supply equipment, take inventory, assign tasks to the team, and inspect rooms and other designated areas.
- Supervise room attendants and public area attendants.
- Train, coach and motivate housekeeping team members in the performance of their duties and their development.
- Be available to help out in the event of an emergency or staff shortage.
- Hotel management degree or equivalent experience.
- 1 to 2 years'' management or supervisory experience.
- Outstanding ability to work under pressure and to adapt.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Natural ability to communicate, inspire and mobilize teams bringing together individuals from different cultures.
