Housekeeping Supervisor

We’re looking for an autonomous, organized Housekeeping Supervisor who never hesitates to put his or her shoulder to the wheel to support and motivate peers.

• Coordinate day‑to‑day housekeeping activities: supply equipment, take inventory, assign tasks to the team, and inspect rooms and other designated areas.
• Supervise room attendants and public area attendants.
• Train, coach and motivate housekeeping team members in the performance of their duties and their development.
• Be available to help out in the event of an emergency or staff shortage.

• Hotel management degree or equivalent experience.
• 1 to 2 years'' management or supervisory experience.
• Outstanding ability to work under pressure and to adapt.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Natural ability to communicate, inspire and mobilize teams bringing together individuals from different cultures.
