This part-time, permanent role emphasizes providing outstanding service to all guests. You will assist with tour operations, manage guest registrations, and respond effectively during emergencies. Strong communication skills in both languages are essential, alongside previous experience in a front desk role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional service to guests at all times
• Assist in tour check-ins and group welcome

Requirements:
• Fluent in English and French is mandatory
