Job Description:As a Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their dining experience. Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting guests with a warm and friendly demeanor as they enter the pub.
• Managing the waitlist
  , estimating wait times, and organizing seating arrangements to ensure efficient table turnover.
• Communicating effectively with the kitchen and serving staff to maintain a smooth flow of service.
• Assisting guests with menu information, special requests, and accommodating seating preferences.
• Handling reservations and confirming details with guests prior to their arrival.
• Maintaining a clean and organized lobby area to create a positive first impression for guests.
• Maintaining cleanliness of the pub and helping buss tables of plates and glasses.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure, especially during peak business hours.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
