This role demands strong leadership and operational acumen to manage Front Office and Guest Activities efficiently. You will work closely with the General Manager to drive marketing, sales, and overall hotel performance. Key Responsibilities:
• Direct daily operations of front office and guest activities
• Hire and train personnel to meet brand standards
• Monitor performance and suggest improvements
• Develop financial and operational plans
• Establish strong interdepartmental relationships
Requirements:
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Four-year degree or equivalent experience
• Alcohol awareness certification is required
• Proven revenue management experience
• Ability to travel locally as needed
