In this crucial role, you will oversee a team of over 25 front of house employees, ensuring high standards during all operations at KS on the Keys. Your responsibilities will include staff management, daily service oversight, and seamless client communication for events. You will set the standard for service excellence and resolve any issues promptly.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage an extensive front of house team of servers and hosts
• Oversee daily operations and ensure high service standards
• Handle client communications for private events and bookings
• Develop SOPs, training materials, and operational documentation
• Foster smooth communication with the kitchen and GM
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in high-volume establishments
• Proven skills in event coordination and client relations
• Strong understanding of POS systems and event management tools
• Valid Smart Serve certification required
• Must be eligible to work on-site in Ottawa
