Reporting directly to the Guest Service Manager Valet, this position requires excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. You'll engage with guests, promote valet parking, and ensure customer satisfaction during their stay. The role demands teamwork and a professional demeanor to elevate the luxury experience at this iconic hotel.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet arriving guests warmly and promote valet parking
• Provide accurate parking fees and valet service explanations
• Ensure entrance areas are clear for vehicle arrivals
• Walk around guest vehicles and recognize any damage
• Assist with guest inquiries about hotel services and local attractions
Requirements:
• Excellent communication skills in both languages
• Customer service-focused with a friendly disposition
• Valid Driver’s License with no infractions
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends
• Physical capability to operate all vehicle types
Deliver an unmatched guest experience through warm greetings, efficient parking assistance, and thorough knowledge of Fairmont Château Laurier's amenities.
