Under the Hotel Manager's direction, you will greet arriving and departing guests, adhering to Forbes Standards. This role involves providing valuable information about the hotel and assisting guests with their luggage and room orientation. Team support is crucial, especially for Front Desk, Valet, and Sales and Marketing departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests positively upon arrival and departure

• Assist guests with luggage and room orientation

• Provide information on hotel services and site tours

• Maintain cleanliness in work and public spaces

• Support front desk and departmental service needs

Requirements:

• High School Diploma preferred with one year experience

• Must pass a background check

• Valid licenses and certifications required

• Must be at least 19 years old

• Ability to lift and pull 100lb cart
