As a Guest Services Manager, you will lead and coordinate Front Office staff, ensuring guest satisfaction and operational excellence. This role requires a minimum of two years in a similar management position, knowledge of Revenue Management, and proficiency in Opera PMS and Microsoft applications. You will also oversee guest registration, employee training, and budget management to uphold hotel standards and achieve financial objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and oversee Front Office staff and security

• Participate in guest registration and address complaints

• Achieve budgeted revenues and control expenses

• Conduct training for compliance and service standards

• Assist with rooms department marketing strategies

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years as a Guest Service Supervisor/Manager

• Degree in Hospitality or related field preferred

• Opera PMS experience is an asset

• Flexible schedule for evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Proven team leadership abilities
