Your role involves assisting guests with registrations, check-ins, and check-outs while maintaining hotel standards.
This position requires a true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced hotel environment. An ideal candidate should have previous front desk experience and a thorough understanding of the hospitality industry. You’ll work closely with the Front Office team to enhance guest satisfaction and facilitate seamless check-in and check-out processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet guests and assist with their check-in and check-out
• Control room keys and report Lost and Found items
• Maintain guest history records and manage arrival details
• Prepare welcome cards and serve beverages during check-in
• Ensure adherence to hotel and financial policies
Requirements:
• Previous front desk experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of hotel and tourism
• Desire to provide exceptional guest service
• Ability to work flexible hours as needed
• Maintain high personal presentation standards
