Room Attendant

Position: Room Attendant at Silver Hotel Group

This role is essential to our housekeeping team, responsible for preparing rooms for guests, making beds, and replenishing supplies. You will attend to guest requests and ensure their satisfaction, making every stay memorable. Flexibility in working shifts, including weekends and holidays, is important to meet the needs of our diverse guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and clean guest rooms to hotel standards

• Make beds and refresh linens for guests

• Replenish supplies in guestroom and bathrooms

• Handle guest requests and maintain satisfaction

• Execute rotation cleaning tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Previous housekeeping experience is desirable

• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds

• Must work flexible shifts and weekends

• Capable of pushing and pulling housekeeping carts

• Strong attention to detail and customer service skills
