This pivotal role requires significant experience in culinary leadership, particularly in hotel environments. You will manage the restaurant, Altcetera grab & go, and ensure high standards across banquets and catered events. Your creativity and organizational skills will guide the brigade towards providing exceptional food experiences for all guests.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead culinary operations across multiple dining points
• Develop seasonal and innovative menu offerings
• Oversee planning and execution of catered functions
• Manage recruitment, training, and team performance
• Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards
Requirements:
• Extensive experience in a hotel or restaurant leadership role
• Strong background in catering and high-volume events
• Culinary training;
Red Seal certification is preferred
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
