In this senior culinary leadership role, you will manage the kitchen brigade, crafting innovative menus and overseeing banquets, catering, and restaurant services. Your creativity and operational oversight will elevate the dining experience, creating lasting memories for hotel guests.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead culinary operations across Sosta and Altcetera grab & go
• Develop and execute seasonal menu offerings with team coaching
• Plan and oversee banquets and special events logistics
• Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing kitchen brigade
• Ensure product quality through purchasing and inventory management
Requirements:
• Experience as an Executive Chef or senior culinary leader
• Strong background in banquets and high-volume events
• Professional culinary training;
Red Seal certification preferred
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
