• Provide detailed concierge information and support to guests

• Control inventory and manage room classifications effectively

Requirements:

• Previous Front Desk Agent experience required

• Two years as a Concierge or Guest Services Agent

• Proven track record of exceeding guest expectations

• Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Administration preferred

• Bilingual communication skills in English and French required
