Pet Smart is searching for a dedicated Pets Hotel Lead to maintain an exceptional standard of care for pets. You will manage hotel cleanliness, oversee the well-being of pets, and ensure an outstanding customer experience. This role requires a blend of leadership presence and attention to detail, making sure all procedures align with company values.
Key Responsibilities:
• Guide associates in their daily tasks and development
• Ensure all pet care standards are met
• Manage guest check-in and check-out efficiently
• Handle inquiries and address concerns professionally
• Organize hotel promotions and events
Requirements:
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience in retail
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with computer applications
• Full-time availability required, including weekends
• Ability to lift and manage heavy items up to 50 pounds
