As a Bilingual Guest Services Agent, you will be responsible for welcoming and checking in guests, managing guest accounts, and generating reports for various departments. Fluency in English and French and previous experience in a front desk role are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and check in hotel guests efficiently

• Assist with tour check-ins and group arrivals

• Generate departmental reports accurately

• Serve as a key member of the crisis team

• Act as an ambassador for Fairmont Château Laurier

Requirements:

• Fluency in English and French

• Previous experience as a Front Desk Agent

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to handle cash accurately

• Proficient in computer software including Opera and Word
