We're searching for a friendly and service-oriented individual to enhance our Gallery Host team. Previous customer service experience is preferred, ideally in hotel environments, and familiarity with front office or food and beverage is a bonus. You'll utilize basic computer skills and may use systems like Opera, while helping guests enjoy their stay.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional service to guests and visitors

• Assist with front desk operations and inquiries

• Prepare dining areas for guest enjoyment

• Communicate effectively with guests and team members

• Lift and handle items up to 20 lbs as needed

Requirements:

• Minimum age of 18 years

• Customer service experience, particularly in hotels

• Comfortable with Word and Excel;
Opera knowledge is an asset

• Willingness to obtain certifications within 30 days

• Flexibility to work AM/PM shifts, weekends, and holidays
