Crescent Hotels & Resorts is looking for a friendly and service-focused Gallery Host. Ideal candidates should have customer service experience, preferably within the hotel industry or food and beverage sectors. Basic proficiency with computer programs like Word and Excel is necessary, and familiarity with hotel systems such as Opera is a plus. The role requires flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage guests and provide exceptional service

• Help create unique experiences during their stay

• Assist with dining and front office operations

• Utilize Opera and other basic computer applications

• Maintain cleanliness in the host area

Requirements:

• Experience in customer service or hospitality fields

• Age requirement: 18 years or older

• Capable of lifting and moving up to 20 lbs

• Open to obtaining required certifications within 30 days

• Bilingualism considered an asset
