As an on-call Bar Porter, you’ll contribute significantly to guest satisfaction at Hard Rock Ottawa Hotel & Casino. Your responsibilities include the upkeep of bar cleanliness, stocking needed products, and ensuring every customer feels valued. Ideal candidates demonstrate a proactive attitude and thrive in busy settings.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide a warm welcome to every guest
• Clean bar tops, glasses, and appliances meticulously
• Restock bar supplies and soda products regularly
• Prepare mixes and garnishes for drink service
• Create memorable moments for guests with engaging service
Requirements:
• Must be at least 19 years old and certified with Smart Serve
• Ability to lift and move 25 pounds consistently
• Capability to stand or walk for 8+ hours
• Proficient in English communication
• Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
