Candidates should possess a strong customer service background, preferably from hotels or food and beverage experiences. Basic computer skills, including familiarity with programs like Excel and Opera, are required. Flexibility in work hours, including weekends and holidays, is a must for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome guests and assist with their needs
• Facilitate exceptional guest moments and experiences
• Undertake various front office and dining tasks
• Operate basic computer systems efficiently
• Ensure the host area is clean and inviting
Requirements:
• Prior experience in customer-facing roles
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Able to lift weight up to 20 lbs
• Willingness to get necessary certifications soon after hire
• Communication skills in English are essential
