Your key mission is to lead groups of up to 20 people efficiently, handle operational logistics, and continuously train and support new guides in achieving tour excellence.

• Coordinate day-of issues promptly for seamless operations

• Maintain communication with HQ and local contacts

• Uphold tour standards through compliance checks

Requirements:
