Join Vancouver Toonie Tours as a Senior City Guide and Tour Leader in Ottawa. This role allows you to showcase your storytelling talents while leading unforgettable walking tours in a seasonal full-time capacity.
In this pivotal position, you will represent Toonie Tours by delivering exceptional tours and creating a welcoming environment for guests. Your key mission is to lead groups of up to 20 people efficiently, handle operational logistics, and continuously train and support new guides in achieving tour excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver engaging tours focusing on safety and guest connections
• Build memorable experiences that enhance customer reviews
• Coordinate day-of issues promptly for seamless operations
• Maintain communication with HQ and local contacts
• Uphold tour standards through compliance checks
Requirements:
• Strong public speaking and storytelling skills
• Experience in guiding and tourism settings
• Proficiency in Google Workspace applications
• Problem-solving capability for real-time issues
• Knowledgeable and passionate about Ottawa
