Position: Valet Services at Andaz
Become a Valet Attendant at Andaz Ottawa, where your customer service skills help shape guest experiences. Manage vehicle parking while providing essential information and support to hotel visitors seamlessly.

In this front-line role, you are the first and last point of contact for guests at Andaz Ottawa. You will ensure vehicles are parked safely and retrieved quickly, all while offering premium service and local insights. Your commitment to cleanliness and safety will help maintain the professionalism of the valet area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests professionally and warmly

• Safely park and retrieve vehicles as needed

• Maintain the valet area in an organized manner

• Offer assistance and information about hotel amenities

• Accurately handle and record valet fees

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality training is a plus

• Proven valet or related experience

• Valid Ontario driver's license with a clean record

• Skilled in using valet management software

• Physically able to lift boxes up to 20 lbs
