Crescent Hotels & Resorts is on the lookout for a dedicated Gallery Host who possesses strong customer service skills. Hotel experience is preferred, especially in Front Office or Food & Beverage contexts. Candidates must be adept with basic computer software and willing to obtain required certifications shortly after hiring.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide a warm welcome to all guests

• Engage in front office and dining service tasks

• Employ basic computer skills in daily operations

• Offer excellent service during your shifts

• Enhance guest satisfaction through positive interactions

Requirements:

• Customer service background necessary

• Flexible with AM/PM shifts, including weekends

• Physical capacity for lifting up to 20 lbs

• Fluent communication in English required

• Commitment to obtaining Smart Serve and Food Handler certifications within 30 days
