As the Assistant Food & Beverage Manager, you will direct all aspects of dining and beverage services to ensure Hard Rock's hospitality standards are met. Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

• 2-4 years in food & beverage management

• Smart Serve certification and Food Handler’s Certificate
