Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in executing food and beverage strategic plans
• Lead staff training and development programs
• Monitor cash handling and inventory controls
• Communicate effectively during team meetings
• Resolve guest issues and enhance service delivery
Requirements:
• Minimum 2-4 years in hospitality management
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• Must hold Smart Serve and Food Handlers certifications
• Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities
