Reporting directly to the Catering Manager, you will coordinate all aspects of catering functions. This includes supervising event setups, ensuring food quality, and managing staff effectively. You will play a key role in training employees and fostering an organized work environment, all while maintaining high standards of service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage catering functions for internal and external clients

• Supervise staff and lead pre-shift rallies

• Ensure quality service delivery consistently

• Transport food safely using vehicles as needed

• Maintain cleanliness of catering facilities

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of catering or hospitality experience

• Strong organizational and leadership skills required

• Valid Driver’s License and Smart Serve Certification

• Ability to lift and move heavy items

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
