Guest Services Partner

Full Time Guest Services Partner Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in Front Office operations at a hotel.
• Working towards a degree or diploma in Hotel Management is an asset
• Experience with computerized Front Office systems
  , especially Opera Cloud
  , is an asset.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  .
• Comfortable handling cash and floats
  .
• Must be available 7 days a week for
  varied shifts
  , including overnights, weekends, and holidays
  .
• Strong background in guest service
  .
• Excellent communication skills
  , both written and verbal.
• Highly organized
  , goal-driven
  , and able to work well under pressure.

• Maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions and tasks.
• Actively seek guest feedback and resolve issues in line with Brookstreet’s service standards and partner empowerment philosophy.
• Work closely with the Reservations team
  .
• Stay informed of VIP guests and special requests
  , ensuring all needs are met or exceeded.
• Be fully trained in emergency procedures
  , including fire safety and crisis management.
• Delivering exceptional guest service at all times.
• Monitor room inventory
  , especially during busy or sold-out nights.
• Take on special duties as needed to support smooth Front Office operations.
• Consistently provide the highest level of service to both guests and internal teams.
