Lead the valet team at Fairmont Chateau Laurier in Ottawa as Valet Parking Supervisor, focusing on exceptional guest service and operational excellence. Manage transactions and inventory seamlessly.
In this dynamic role, reporting to the Valet Parking Manager, you'll oversee daily operations to ensure top-tier guest experiences. Responsibilities include cash management, guest car retrievals, and staff coaching to uphold service standards, all while maintaining a smooth operation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome guests warmly as they arrive
• Maintain cash accuracy and audit records
• Direct valet staff for timely car retrieval
• Train new team members on best practices
• Ensure vehicle safety and compliance checks
Requirements:
• Supervisory experience in a similar role
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Opera software
• Valid and clear Driver’s License required
• Attention to detail with a flexible schedule
