In this role, you'll report directly to the Front Desk Manager, embracing the hotel's commitment to luxury and hospitality. Responsibilities include promoting hotel facilities, managing payments, handling guest requests, and assisting with bookings. Effective communication with all hotel departments is essential to maintain a seamless guest experience while adhering to health and safety standards.

• Manage record-keeping for daily transactions

Requirements:

• Computer literacy, Opera/Opera Cloud experience preferred

• Guest-focused personality and strong communication skills

• Availability for various shifts, including weekends

• Ability to work under pressure and multi-task

• Post-secondary education in hospitality is an asset
