Bilingual Flight Attendant

Join Porter Airlines as a Bilingual Flight Attendant based in Ottawa. Deliver exceptional service and ensure passenger safety on our Dash 8 and E195-E2 flights.

In the role of Bilingual Flight Attendant, you will report to the Manager of In-Flight Services. This position demands fluency in English and French, alongside strong customer service skills developed over at least two years. Your primary focus will be on safety, passenger comfort, and adherence to Porter policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure passenger safety and security at all times

• Provide friendly and attentive service during flights

• Adhere to Transport Canada and Porter operating procedures

• Assist passengers during emergencies and manage unforeseen situations

• Actively monitor aircraft cabin conditions for optimal safety

Requirements:

• Valid Canadian or International Passport with US Crew member Visa

• Minimum age of 19 at employment start

• Secondary school completion required

• Fluency in English and French mandatory

• Ability to work a rotating reserve schedule
