In this supervisory role, reporting to the Front of House Manager, you'll lead and develop a team dedicated to outstanding guest satisfaction. Your leadership will improve service aspects, manage resources, and maintain a memorable VIP area atmosphere. Expertise in hospitality and creativity will drive innovative sales and service initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Train and coach FOH team members for excellence
• Ensure top-tier guest satisfaction through monitoring
• Manage and hire host/hostess, servers, and bartenders
• Create engaging dining ambience in VIP zones
• Reconcile end-of-night funds effectively
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years in a bar or restaurant setting
• Hospitality degree or relevant education is ideal
• Safe food handling and smart serve certification preferable
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
• Strong communication skills and outgoing personality
