VIP Front-of-House Supervisor: Elevate Guest Experience
Cineplex in Ottawa is seeking a Front of House VIP Supervisor to lead a dedicated FOH team, ensuring each guest enjoys an exceptional service experience and a memorable dining atmosphere.
Reporting to the Front of House Manager, you will manage staffing, maintain ambience, handle end-of-night settlements, and resolve guest issues with proactive problem solving. A hospitality background and 2+ years in a similar setting are preferred;
Smart Serve is a plus.
