Guest Services Manager Moxy

Lead Moxy’s front desk in Ottawa as Guest Services Manager, using hotel operations expertise and guest resolution skills onsite. Guide every arrival and checkout.

RIMAP Hospitality operates Moxy Ottawa Downtown alongside Marriott, Hilton, and IHG properties. This salaried manager leads front desk agents and night auditors while supporting guest satisfaction, reservations, and hotel operations. The position reports to the Front Office Manager and follows a regular status schedule.

• Oversee guest check-ins, checkouts, requests, issues, and feedback
• Mentor front desk agents and night auditors
• Lead purposeful training sessions for service standards
• Monitor room rates, occupancy, revenue targets, billing, and payments
• Coordinate with housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality degree preferred
• Front office, guest services, or hotel management experience
• Knowledge of hotel operations, reservations, and front desk functions
• Marriott systems experience, including Opera, Fosse, or GXP, preferred
• Flexibility for evenings, weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts
