Deliver polished guest service as a Valet Bell Attendant, using strong communication and attention to detail in Ottawa. Manage arrivals, luggage, parking, and packages.
Reporting to the Guest Service Manager, this position supports hotel arrivals and departures through valet and bell services. You will greet guests, explain parking procedures, handle vehicles and luggage, and provide room feature overviews. The role also includes traffic control, bag storage, mail delivery, and package assistance.
Key Responsibilities:- Greet arriving guests and open hotel doors
- Park and retrieve vehicles while recording license plates
- Assist with luggage, stored bags, and valet keys
- Maintain a clean, safe hotel entrance
- Deliver mail, packages, and luggage to required locations
- At least one year of similar experience
- Valid driver’s licence with a clean record
- Ability to drive automatic and standard cars
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
- Ability to lift and carry 30-50 pounds
