The Opportunity

We are seeking motivated Consultants to work on impactful HR transformation projects with our dynamic People Consulting team. This entry‑level role is ideal for someone passionate and eager to contribute to transformative projects that align HR practices with organizational goals, focusing on HR systems such as Dayforce Ceridian, SAP Success Factors, and UKG.

Your

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in assessing current HR processes and systems, including Dayforce Ceridian, SAP Success Factors, and UKG.
  • Support the identification of areas for improvement and the implementation of best practices.
  • Help develop and execute HR transformation roadmaps.
  • Work with clients on solution gap opportunity analysis and recommendations.
  • Support business process design and enhancements.
  • Support client discussions – requirements gathering, user stories/test scenario creation, solution configuration, testing, and deployment.
  • HCM / HR technology knowledge and implementation experience ideal.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Eligibility to obtain Federal Security Clearance.
  • 1+ years of consulting experience.
  • Basic understanding of HR processes and technologies, including Dayforce Ceridian, SAP Success Factors, and UKG.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Flexibility and ability to travel.
Ideally, You’ll Also Have
  • HR Systems Implementation experience or functional experience with Dayforce Ceridian, SAP Success Factors, and UKG.
