The opportunityWe are seeking motivated Consultants to work on impactful HR transformation projects with our dynamic People Consulting team.
The role is ideal for someone passionate and eager to contribute to transformative projects that align HR practices with organizational goals, particularly focusing on HR systems like Dayforce Ceridian, Oracle HCM, SAP Success Factors, and UKG.
YourKey Responsibilities
- Assist in assessing current HR processes and systems, including Dayforce Ceridian, SAP Success Factors, and UKG.
- Support the identification of areas for improvement and the implementation of best practices.
- Help develop and execute HR transformation roadmaps.
- Work with clients on solution gap opportunity analysis and recommendations.
- Support business process design and enhancements.
- Support client discussions – requirements gathering, user story/test scenario creation, solution configuration, testing and deployment.
We’re interested in intellectually curious people with a genuine passion for transformation programs.
To qualify for the role you must have- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
- Must be eligible to obtain Federal Security Clearance.
- HR Systems Implementation experience or functional experience working with Dayforce Ceridian, SAP Success Factors, and UKG.
