- Fully manage the staffing process, including reference checks, in different areas at the operational and corporate levels as required.
- Work closely with internal clients to determine Human Resources needs, assisting and guiding them in writing and editing job descriptions.
- Monitor and document the application management system, and update job postings generated by the system.
- Ensure performance indicators accuracy.
- Advise colleagues on strategies to attract new talent based on profiles.
- Assist in implementing recruitment tools, developing selection methodologies according to specific needs of assignments.
- Assist in drafting specific contractual clauses as per recruitment file requirements and corporate policies.
- Maintain harmonious working relationships among internal clients in the territory served and advise them on internal mobility and career development.
- Participate in special projects within the Human Resources department.
- Choose, develop, and take part in targeted recruitment campaigns (university job fairs, job fairs, international recruitment campaigns).
- Participate in developing annual recruitment budget requirements for the groups served.
- Apply and promote Englobe's health and safety rules.
- Perform all other related duties related to the position.
- University degree.
- 7 to 10 years of experience in a recruitment role.
- Engineering consultant experience, an important asset.
- Proficiency in Office Suite and Linked In Recruiter is an asset.
- In-depth knowledge of attracting and selecting talent.
- Results oriented, innovative approach towards attracting talent, and a strong desire to grow the organization.
- Demonstrated interest and sensitivity towards occupational health and safety.
- Demonstrated skills in communications and team working.
