YourRole
As a Talent Advisor, you will work closely with our Talent Business Partners to support the full recruitment lifecycle.
This is a hands-on, execution-focused role where you will contribute directly to sourcing, interviewing, coordinating hiring processes, supporting onboarding, and representing BPA in the market.
You will play a key role in ensuring operational excellence in recruitment while helping strengthen our presence in Ottawa and Toronto.
Within our HR team, the Talent function plays a strategic role in supporting BPA’s national growth.
You will join a collaborative and results-driven team composed of Marc-André Lacroix, Juliette Blain, Mylène Barrette, Rim Chetaibi and Jonathan Dubé. Together, the Talent team partners closely with leaders across Canada to build high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with Talent Business Partners to support hiring managers with recruitment needs
- Participate in intake meetings and contribute to candidate profile analysis
- Draft and post job descriptions
- Conduct proactive sourcing using Linked In Recruiter, Indeed and other platforms
- Perform phone interviews and present qualified candidates
- Coordinate the full recruitment process (interviews, follow-ups, offers and onboarding)
- Represent BPA at university, college and career events
- Contribute to early talent initiatives (internships and campus pipelines)
- Support continuous improvement of recruitment tools, metrics and processes
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in recruitment
- Fluency in both French and English (required) — frequent collaboration across Canada
- Experience in a professional services, technical or multi-site environment
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Proactive, service-oriented and detail-focused mindset
- Ability to work collaboratively within a structured team environment
- Proficiency with recruitment tools (ATS, Linked In Recruiter, Indeed)

Salary range: $70,000 – $85,000 per year, with final compensation determined based on experience, qualifications, scope of the role and geographic location.
