SAP SuccessFactors Data Lead

Our client, a leading organization in the public sector, is seeking a SAP Success Factors Data Lead to join their team. As a SAP Success Factors Data Lead, you will be part of the HR and Data Management department supporting SAP HR modules. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

SAP Success Factors Data Lead

Ottawa – Hybrid - on-site presence is expected.

• On-site full time during the first month
• Approximately 50% on-site afterwards, with further reduction as the program stabilizes
• Travel expenses covered in accordance with expense policies, receipts required

• Manage and maintain SAP HR data accuracy and integrity across systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data consistency and compliance.
• Perform data audits and resolve discrepancies in SAP HR modules.
• Support data migration and integration activities related to SAP HR projects.
• Document data processes and provide training to end-users as needed.

• Proven experience working with SAP HR modules, particularly SAP HR or SAP Success Factors.
• Strong understanding of HR data management and data migration processes.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Relevant certifications or training in SAP HR modules is preferred.
