This role seeks seasoned professionals with significant SAP Success Factors experience. You will transform compensation strategies by collaborating with senior HR leaders and implementing tailored solutions. Key Responsibilities:
• Act as a strategic advisor on compensation initiatives
• Lead workshops to design compensation frameworks
• Manage end-to-end compensation module implementations
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet project goals
• Mentor and guide junior team members
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR or related field
• Minimum of 8 years SAP Success Factors consulting experience
• At least 3 successful full-cycle compensation implementations
• SAP Success Factors Compensation certification required
• Proven stakeholder management experience
